Absolute Bliss Imported Incense Shipping/Return Policy

Absolute Bliss Imported Incense, will ship to all countries via. USPS.
(USPS Air Mail outside of the US. You may have to pay for any or all duty fees or taxes at port of
entry.) All prices are in US Dollars.

A $4.75 Postage and Packaging/Handling Fee will be added to all US orders,
& $8.75 for International orders.
Free Pick Up for MN residents, contact me for more info.

All orders are Insured and included in shipping & packaging/handling fee.

*No Refunds or Exchanges.


        At Absolute Bliss Imported Incense we are dedicated to your positive shopping experience
        We take great care in the preparation of your package
        Orders in by 3 PM Central Standard Time, will be shipped next business day
        We charge a low $1.50 handling fee for each order, and this fee often pays for your
        delivery confirmation
        We provide automated ordering for VISA, MC, and PayPal, so we cannot add to or alter your
        order after you have placed it.
        Our online ordering system is secure, encryption in place

        Free samples on orders over $20.00.

        6% sales tax added to all Minnesota orders, we ship from Minnesota, USA
        Shipping charges are based on package weight & both of our zip codes

        We take checks, but you must call us 1st for instructions

Due to the labor and expense in running our business, it is not possible at the present time to
offer lower shipping costs. We are sorry if this is disappointing.  

If your shipment is refused or otherwise returned to us, we cannot absorb the shipping costs.

Hopefully, you would never need to do this, since every item is pictured and described, and you
can see what your order will cost before you place it. You can also call and ask questions. Incense
that is not sealed by the manufacturer cannot be returned.

If your shipment is damaged, please contact your delivery carrier for instructions in filing a claim
first. Then please let us know.

In the rare and unlikely event that items are missing, (not including items that are out of stock.) in the wrong amount, or are the wrong item, (We check, double check, and then check your order one more time), please let us know within 7 days of the receipt of your shipment.


*You must get prior authorization before returning any unused merchandise that is still in new
condition, then it will be refunds minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
